Viewing the Reports Screen

There are a number of reports that Impulse provides. Most of these reports relate to a transaction and can be found from the "Reports" screen.

To view the "Reports" screen select "Reports" from the left.

Filtering Reports

From this screen there are a few options for filtering the reports.

From left to right, you can filter by report types, date of report, and job the report is related to.

Report Type Filtering

There are two types of reports to filter by.

  1. Transaction reports

  2. Diff reports

Date Filtering

To filter by date, you select the starting "From" date and the ending "To" date for a range of dates you want to view reports within.

Job Filtering

To filter by job, you can type the name of the job into the text bar and only view the reports related to that job.

Report Actions

For each report there are a few actions you can select. These actions either show additional details for the report or show a specific report type for the report. Specially, you can download trouble shooting details for the current report.

Download ID Map Report

This option will download a zip archived CSV file containing the ID mapping for all contents delivered during the transaction.

The CSV contains the following columns. These column headers are listed in the first row of the file.

  • Destination Endpoint ID

  • Source Content ID

  • Destination Content ID

  • Delivery Type

Show More Details

This option will let you view additional data for a report.
